INNOVATIVE TRAINING PROGRAMS
Equipping youth with skills, leadership, and innovation for a brighter future!
Bargad’s 35 specialized training modules equip youth with essential skills in leadership, entrepreneurship, climate activism and civic engagement, empowering them for active participation in economic and social development. These programs use interactive methods, real-world applications, and expert-led sessions to foster innovation, critical thinking, and community impact.
STRATEGIC COLLABORATIONS

Bargad collaborates with national and international donors, government bodies, and over 80 universities, 40 colleges, 35 schools, 25 community organizations, and 15 youth groups to promote youth development, policy advocacy, and leadership programs across Pakistan. Partners include the Ministry of Climate Change, PMYP, NAVTTC, PITB, and provincial & regional youth affairs departments.
MENTORSHIP & AWARENESS
Empowering communities through knowledge, dialogue, and skill-building!
Bargad fosters youth and community empowerment through awareness sessions, mentorship programs, and interactive forums on minority rights, inclusion, and business development. It educates students on the 2% admission quota, facilitates police-community dialogues, and mentors women from religious minorities in business management.
YOUTH-LED ACTION PROJECTS
Empowering youth to lead change through action, inclusion, and impact!
Bargad supports youth-led social action projects through mentorship, collaborations, training, and capacity building, empowering young change-makers to drive inclusion, climate action, and community engagement. With over 1,600 projects, initiatives have included student-led advocacy on minority rights, climate action, teacher-driven community engagement, and local peace-building efforts.
CULTURAL & EXPOSURE ACTIVITIES
Bridging cultures, fostering unity, and celebrating diversity!
Bargad promotes interfaith harmony and social inclusion through cultural and exposure activities that foster understanding, dialogue, and mutual respect. Diversity tours to religious sites, government offices, and community centers provide participants with firsthand exposure to different faiths and governance structures. Additionally, Bargad facilitates joint cultural and religious celebrations, including Eid, Christmas, Holi, and Diwali, creating spaces for shared experiences and unity.
