Mental health support should never feel out of reach 💙
If you or someone you know is going throu ...
gh a difficult time, you don’t have to face it alone.
This Suicide Prevention Week, let’s create a culture where asking for help is met with compassion, not judgement. Whether it’s a trusted person, a counsellor, or a professional support service, starting the conversation can make a difference.
Save this post, share it with someone who may need it, and help make mental-health support easier to find 🫂
You matter. Your life matters. Help is available.

This Suicide Prevention Week, we’re putting the conversation where it belongs: in the open 🫂
I ...
n Pakistan, suicide remains a deeply sensitive and often misunderstood issue. Stigma, social pressures, limited access to mental-health support, and gaps in reporting can make it difficult to understand the full scale of the problem – and even harder for people in distress to ask for help.
Suicide prevention starts with recognising the signs, asking difficult questions, listening without judgement, and connecting people with the support they need.

Suicide Prevention Week | September 6–12 💛
Sometimes, the signs that someone is struggling are ...
easier to miss than we think.
A person may withdraw, lose interest in things they once loved, talk about feeling hopeless, or say things that sound like they’re simply having a bad day. But sometimes, these changes can be a quiet way of asking for help.
This Suicide Prevention Week, let’s learn to notice the signs, start the conversation, and listen without judgment. You don’t need to have the perfect words or all the answers. Sometimes, simply being there and helping someone connect with support can make a difference.
If you’re worried about someone, don’t be afraid to ask:
“Are you okay?”
💛 Notice. Ask. Listen. Support.
